This app used to be great. I could quickly order food on the way to the restaurant and by the time I got there and checked in it would be ready; but the new layout and design are difficult to navigate, and the app runs much slower and crashes more often, and half the time it refuses to recognize the location I'm trying to check in, saying I'm "too far away," despite literally showing a 0.0 mile distance. Please fix it or change it back to the old better design.

3/24 The half price app discount is a great perk. The app was so slow that I uninstalled / reinstalled it twice and rebooted my phone to no avail. I called the Help number getting a message that they knew there was a problem. Today I went to the website instead. Completed my order only to get a technical difficulties, try again error message. A frustrating waste of time! 5/11/24 UPDATE: App is still so slow & in my pre-coffee state, I didn't notice that it added one combo 3 times.

The support team is in the process of ticking me off, so if they gain some humanity and show they're listening, I'll update. This is still incredibly slow. While changing location, I select a new location to order from, and it reverts back to the previous location. I can't place an order at all because of this. This is why I stopped going to sonic altogether for quite a while, and it seems I'm going to have to stay away for a while longer. Just revert to the old app and it'll at least be better.
